Resolution Re -Appointing Mike Bawden
to the Zoning Board of Adjustment
WHEREAS, Riverdale resident Mike Bawden was appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a term
expiring on December 31, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reestablish staggered 5 year terms with currently open 4 and 5 year terms;
and,
WHEREAS, Mike Bawden wishes to be re -appointed to the Board for another five (5) year term; and,
WHEREAS, Mike Bawden's performance on the Board has been exemplary; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to re -appoint Mike Bawden to the Board; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1. Mike Bawden is re -appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a five-
year term effective 01/01/2024 and ending 12/31/2028.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 9th day of January 2024.
