A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD UTILITY AUTHORITY ACCEPTING THE
VIRGINIA AVE. AND JOSEPHINE ST., (BULLIS TO MURIEL), STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5299, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on March 1, 2005, the Lynwood Utility Authority awarded a
contract to Ranco Corporation; and
I WHEREAS, the project started on April 18, 2005, and was completed on
l June 5, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $348,166.68; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on June 13, 2005 and
found that all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood Utility Authority DOES HEREBY FIND,
PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood Utility Authority accepts the Virginia Ave.
and Josephine St. Street Improvement Project, Project No. 05-5299, as being
complete and in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
