AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1994, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$13,866,965 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL
FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE
TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH
SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1: That .the sum of $13,866,965 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses
and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1994.
Section 2: The Objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object
and purpose is as follows:

Section 3: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount
allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1994.
Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5: In adopting this ordinance, the council recognizes a mathematical error in the addition of the
total general fund and total expenses in that they do not reflect the total of the objects listed.
Section 6: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in
one issue of the Star News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McCall, and the official
newspaper of said City.

2. That the attached Ordinance No. 672 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on September 8, 1994, and duly recorded in my office;

3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance with law and
to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting having been given; that a legal quorum was
present throughout the meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95 (FY 95)
CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO
A public hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code, 50-1002, will be held for consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal year
from October 1,1994 to September 30,1995. The hearing will be held at the lower level of City hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall,
Idaho at 8:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may, in its turn, be called) on Thursday September 8,1994. All interested
persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted. Copies of the prosoed City
budget in detail are available for inspection at the City Hall during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or the
McCall Public Library during regular hours (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays). City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
Anyone desiring accomodations for disabilities related to the budget documents or to the hearing. The proposed BY 95 budget is shown
below as FY95 proposed expeditures and revenues.

NOTICE OF TAX INCREASE -
The City of McCall has proposed to increase its
annual Budget by an amount of ad valorem tax rev-
enues that 'exceeds one hundred five percent (105%)
of the ad valorem tax revenues certified for its annual
budget during the previous year by 71:96 percent or its
ad valorem property tax rate by 38.94 percent which
will increase its property tax revenue by 76.96 percent.
