AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 672, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1994, WHICH WAS
PASSED AND APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1994; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$13,866,965 $14,841,370 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY
OF MCCALL FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX
UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES
FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, as follows:
That Ordinance No. 672 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the sum of $13,866,965 '14,841,370 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the
necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October
1, 1994.
Section 2: The Objects and purposes for which such appropriation is made, and the amount of each object
and purpose is as follows:

Section 3: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within the City of McCall be levied in an amount
allowed by law for the general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1994.
Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section-65: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in
one issue of the Star News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McCall, and the official
newspaper of said City.

I, the undersigned, the duly appointed, qualified, City Clerk of the City of McCall, Idaho, do hereby
certify the following:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-207, Idaho Code, I keep a correct journal of the
proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that I am the statutory custodian of all laws,
ordinances and resolutions of said City.
2. That the attached Ordinance No. 675 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on October 13, 1994, and duly recorded in my office;
and
3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance with law and
to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting having been given; that a legal quorum was
present throughout the meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper
manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and proceedings incident to the
proper adoption and passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I am
authorized to execute this certificate..
