HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 675 - Amending Ordinance #672 - Annual Appropriation FY 94ORDINANCE NO. 675 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 672, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1994, WHICH WAS PASSED AND APPROVED ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1994; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $13,866,965 $14,841,370 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF MCCALL FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, as follows: That Ordinance No. 672 be amended to read as follows: Section 1: That the sum of $13,866,965 '14,841,370 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1994. Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section-65: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Star News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of McCall, and the official newspaper of said City.
