AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2011-2012
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE MORELAND AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated from the General Fund to the
neighborhood improvement fund, $200,000.00 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This appropriation shall survive until the project is complete and will not be
forfeited to the fund balance at end of the current budget year.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
