Home My Public Portal AboutORD15019 BILL NO. 2012-52 SPONSORED BY COUNCILMAN Schulte ORDINANCE NO. / 50/ G AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ADOPTING A BUDGET AND PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY FOR THE PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 1, 2012, TO OCTOBER 31, 2013, AND APPROPRIATING MONEY IN THE CITY TREASURY TO PAY THE COST OF OPERATING THE CITY GOVERNMENT DURING THAT PERIOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUDGET. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A budget and personnel classification plan for the City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby adopted for the period November 1, 2012, to October 31, 2013. A copy of the budget and personnel classification plan is attached and made a part hereof, as fully as if set forth verbatim herein. Section 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City Treasury such monies as are provided for in the budget for the City for the period November 1, 2012, to October 31, 2013, to defray the cost and expense of operating the City government during that period in accordance with the budget. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and appprroval with an effective date of November l�1, 2012.
