by Colossians 317 Properties, LLC, property owner, for a Preliminary PUD Plan to construct a 3,000 sf
three-level apartment building. The proposed building would consist of 24 studio apartments with eight
units on each level. The property is located at 2205 Stonehill Road on the Southeast corner of Millbrook
