MR. 44?RZB7,RT V. SCI AMM II, 2765 Cardinal Circle, Place Au Soleil S/D, Gulf :stream, Florida. Dear Mr, Schaffer: Kindly be advised that a Commission Member noted a small construction, possibly a dog house, being erected within the twenty -five foot Front -Yard Set- back area, which, in accordance with the Town Building regulations, set forth in ordinance No. 108, is in viola- tion thereof. Such a construction did not appear on the original Building Plans, submitted to the Palm Beach County Building Department in June, 1973, for construction of ONLY the design plans appearing thereon, and subsequently were approved by that department. It is suggested that you submit a sketch plan of what you desire to construct, with regard to the a- bove, mentioning its intended USE, and submit same to the Town Commission of Gulf stream, accompanied by a written re- quest for a "Variance" permitting such construction within said 25 ft "Setback" area. I night add that if a "Dog House" is in- tended within that area, and be shown on such a sketck plan and stated in an accom)anying request for a "Variance ", it is my pers•inal opinion that the Commission would act favor- ably thereon.
