V. New Business:
1. Dave Anderson - 1988/1989 Fiscal Year Audit
presentation to Council.
2. Recommendation by Moab City Planning Commission on:
a. Street dedication by Pete and Mary Byrd.
b. Zone change from a R-3 to a C-3 Zone for Dan
and Jeri Pilling.
3. Council's action on the above recommendations from
the Moab City Planning Commission.
4. Dan Pilling requests a home occupation license for
the purpose of operating an aluminum crushing machine.
5. Request renewal of Juvenile Court lease for
January 1st 1990 thru December 31st 1990.
6. Request of a street light in front of Helen M.
Knight School.
7. Appointments by Mayor to the Moab City Board of
Adjustments.
8. Appointment by Mayor of a Representative for Moab
City to handle the Census.
9. Approval of discharge fees for the Waste Water
Treatment Plant to be charged to the contractor
for the state in regards to the Gas Plume Cleanup.
10. Request by the tavern operators of Moab City to be
allowed to stay open past 10 p.m. on December 31st
(New Year's Eve), which falls on a Sunday this
year. (Reference to Section 3-3-15 of the Moab
Municipal Code)
11. Discussion on water connection for high school
12. Resolution 16-89 - Formalization of the Utah League
of Cities & Towns existence as a public entity:
13. Approval of Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with
the Utah League of Cities & Towns.
14. Request to go to bid for a sander for the Street
Department.
Pay the bills against the City of Moab.
Any other citizens request to be heard.
