HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrd. 682 - Zoning Classification Lots 64,65 Evergreen TerraceORDINANCE NO. 682 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, ADOPTING A CHANGE IN THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REFLECT THAT ACTION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The required public hearings after the required notices having been held, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission having been received, and the Council having voted to the following effect, the following described real property is classified into Zone "B" pursuant to and with the consequences set out in Title 3 of the McCall City Code: Lots 64 and 65, Evergreen Terrace No. 2 Located within the City of McCall and within the NW / of the NE / of § 16, T. 18 N.,R. 3 E.,B.M. Section 2. The City Attorney shall endorse the Zoning Map accordingly. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law. Passed and approved July 13, 1995. Dean Martens Mayor ATTEST: James H. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-207, Idaho Code, I keep a correct journal of the proceedings of the Council of the City of McCall, Idaho, and that I am the statutory custodian of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of said City. 2. That the attached Ordinance No. 682 is a true and correct copy of an ordinance passed at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of McCall held on July 13, 1995, and duly recorded in my office; and 3. That said regular meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance with law and to the extent required by law, due and proper notice of such meeting having been given; that a legal quorum was present throughout the meeting and that a legally sufficient number of members of the Council voted in the proper manner and for the passage of said ordinance; and that all other requirements and proceedings incident to the proper adoption and passage of said ordinance have been duly fulfilled, carried out and observed; and that I am authorized to execute this certificate.
