APPOINTING A PROVISIONAL LIEUTENANT IN THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Lieutenant in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough ofCarteret that
NICHOLAS MIRANDI
be and is hereby appointed to the position of a provisional Lieutenant, in the
Police Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective immediately,

and certified as a true copy ofthe
