APPOINTING A PROVISIONAL SERGEANT IN THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Sergeant in the Borough ofCarteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough ofCarteret that
LOUIS MUZKYA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of a provisiona] Sergeant, in the Police
Department of the Borough ofCarteret, effective immediately.

and certified as a true copy of the
