Roy Cowart and Mr. Franklin O'Brien Sec'y of
Civic Association.
The Meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Mayor Koch.
Upon motion by Mrs. LaPorte and seconded by Mr. Walker the
Commission approved the "Minutes" of the November 8th, 1974
and Special December 6th, 1974 Commission Meeting.
Financial Report for the month of November was submitted to and
accepted by the Commission.
The following summarization of Police Reports for the Month of
November - 1974 was submitted to the Commission
Three arrests, two convictions. Revenue $150.00
A letter was read to the Commission from the Gulf Stream Golf Club
requesting the re- zoning of
SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section
4 Township 46S Range 43 E lying east of R/W
of US Highway #1 as presently laid out in use
from "residential" to "recreational ".
Attorney John Randolph was requested to look into the legal aspects
of this request and the Commission would then consider a public notice
informing residents of this request and sit as a Zoning Commission.
Discussion on Health Insurance Program for employees followed, the
Commission was informed that the Town Clerk had received five plans
to date and expected more to come in before the end of the week.
