This would be the same insurance policy which had a $50,000 deductible and which John Randolph requested that the Town of Gulf Stream pay the $50,-0-0-07-deauctible on behalf of lm and/or his Tirm, as lscusse an as approved at the Town Commission meeting held on May 8, 2015. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST: THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE I, SECTION 24 OF THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION AND CHAPTER 119, FLORIDA STATUTES IF THE PUBLIC RECORDS BEING SOUGHT ARE MAINTAINED BY YOUR AGENCY IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT PLEASE PRODUCE THE RECORDS IN THE ORIGINAL ELECTRONIC FORMAT IN WHICH THEY WERE CREATED OR RECEIVED. Records Request #1106 dated July 6, 2015. 2. An E -Mail from Bill Thrasher dated July 7, 2015 @ 10:43 a.m. with attached letter bearing even date. We believe that your response (that you are unwilling to provide the insurance policy for Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A.) is in error, especially considering the Town of Gulf Stream's agreement to pay a $50,000.00 deductible as Attorney Randolph represented was required under the insurance policy referred to in the request, which insurance policy benefits Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A. Despite your earlier refusal (see attached), we would once again request that you provide the information in the attached Records Request. If you do not intend to provide that information, kindly let us know at the earliest possible moment.
