1. Call to Order and Introduction of Members, Ex-officio Members and Staff
Vice Chairman Dale Vaughan called the meeting to order. Seven regular members and three
alternates were present. A quorum was present.
2. Procedural Matters and Procedures Explained
With no cases under consideration, public hearing procedures were not read into the record.
3. Adoption of Agenda
Ms. Fretwell moved and Ms. Mahoney seconded to approve the agenda as printed. The motion
passed 9-0 with the following votes:
Aye: Vaughan, Deeken, Markus, Quigg, Mahoney, Record, Hawk, Butler and Fretwell
4. New Business/Public Hearings
None
5. Other Business
A. Comprehensive Plan Work Session
Ms. Nanoski gave in introduction of the Comprehensive Plan and the timeline for the final product.
Mr. Barron gave a detailed presentation on the draft 2020-2045 future land use map. He explained
that this map and discussion will build upon the drafting of the Comprehensive Plan.
B. Staff updates on prior cases and Discussion Surrounding Future Meeting
Mr. Barron announced that there will be a meeting on August 13, 2020, and will be held in the
police classroom again.
6. Adjourn. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
