I \\1}!EREAS, Thß Revised Statutes of NeN Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
I for the adoption of emergency temporary appropriatic)ns in

of th~ adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Counçil of the BOJ:'ough of Carteret, that the foLlowing

between January 1st, 2005 and the adoption of the Local
