A.To comply with or act under the authority M.G.L.c.30A,§21(a)(8)to consider or
interview applicants for the position of Director of Student Service because the
Chair declares that holding interviews by a preliminary screening committee in
Open Session would have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants
and to adjourn in Executive Session.
