CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
FOR 39 CYPRESS STREET AND
5 JEANETTE STREET
WHEREAS, Anna Felegi of 39 Cypress Street and Keith Grimes of 5 Jeanette Street
have requested Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Spaces shal1
be designated:
39 CYPRESS STREET
ANNA FELEGI
5 JEANETTE STREET
KEITH GRIMES
Adopted this 17th day of February, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 18, 2005.
