MOTION 2022-009
I move to approve the proposed resolution for special exception application TLSE-
2020-0004, Virginia Village Floodplain Alteration, subject to the conditions of
approval as enumerated in the November 23, 2021 Town Council Staff report on the
basis that the Approval Criteria of Zoning Ordinance Section 3.4.12 have been
satisfied and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice.
