MOTION 2022-013
I move pursuant to Va. Code Section §2.2-3711(A)(8) and §2.2-3711(A)(3) of the
Code of Virginia that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the
purpose of consulting with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters related to the
Leesburg Mobile Park and for the purpose of discussion and receiving information
regarding the potential acquisition of real properties for a public purpose.
