WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret; ;and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 02/03/05 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that the
aforesaid is eligible for appointment to the position of Police Sergeant in the
Borough of Carteret; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
LOUIS J. MUZYKA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE SERGEANT
in the Borough of Carteret as provided by law, effective
2/17/05
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, CAMPS Fonns, P,O, Box 354,
Trenton, NJ. 08625-0354.
