The Electrical Board of Examiners and Review met July 2, 2019, in the Small Conference Room
of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by
Bill Luebbert at 4:00 p.m. A quorum was present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE May 7th, 2019 MEETING
A motion was made Fred Gladbach and seconded by Chris Bruemmer to approve the minutes of
the May 7, 2019 meeting. Motion passed by show of hands.
REVIEW EXAM TESTING APPLICATIONS
• None
REVIEW LICENSE APPLICATIONS
• None
OLD BUSINESS
• Members further discussed the subject of lighting retrofits by LED Contractors, and the
licensing and permit requirements.
NEW BUSINESS
• Members discussed the possible option of allowing licensed contractors to send work
photos to City Inspectors for approval, for small jobs, to save time.

• Members discussed Contractor's work -load, with regard to tornado, flood and general
construction.
SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING
The Electrical Review Board's next meeting will be Wednesday, September 4, 2019. Board
Members are to meet at 4:00 p.m. in the Small Conference Room (aka Thomas Jefferson
Conference Room).
ADJOURN
With no other business, the Board of Electrical Examiners and Review Meeting adjourned at
4:45 p.m.
