AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CONTRACTORS TO PERFORM
REHABILITATION OF HOMES PURSUANT TO COUNCIL ON
AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money to Regional
Contribution Agreements (RCA) funds; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking and extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREBE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be performed
by various contractors:
East Amwell Account: Contractor Not to Exceed
126 Markowitz St. B. McMahon Home Imp. $16,670.00
122 Lincoln Ave. Ask My Wife $19,175.00
117 Hagaman St. KJS Plumbing $16,940.00
84 Carteret Ave. James Pappas $14,768.00
12 Spruce St. James Pappas $ 1,120.00
Readington Account:
75 Sycamore St. Ask My Wife $10,208.00
160 Tyler Ave. James Pappas $14,823.00
99 George St. James Pappas $11,578.00
