Motion to approve I move to approve the proposed ordinance approving Zoning
Ordinance amendment TLOA-2020-0006 establishing natural spring water extraction
and bottling plant as a permissible use by Special Exception in the R-E Single Family
Residential Estate Zoning District with associated revisions to Zoning Ordinance
Section 9.3 Use Standards; Section 12.8 Buffers and Screening; and, Section 18.1
Terms Defined on the basis that the amendments further the objectives of the Town
Plan and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice.
