Motion to approve zoning text amendment application TLOA-2021-003 Donation
Box subject to the following changes: a reevaluation of the program one year from
enactment; include a required schedule for collection with the permit; and a $250 fee
for applicants on the basis of the zoning text amendment: further the objectives of the
Town Plan and serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare, and good
zoning practices.
