AN ORDINACE OF THE CITY OF McCALL ADOPTING AND
IMPLEMENTING THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN COMPONENT
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. McCall City Code Section 3-23-020 is amended by adding a
third plan document to the list of those officially approved as part of the
Planning Jurisdiction's comprehensive plan:
C. Downtown McCall — That certain publication entitled on
its cover "City of McCall Downtown Master Plan" dated
November, 1997, and that certain publication entitled on
its cover "City of McCall Downtown Master Plan Design
Review Guidelines" dated November, 1997. Pending
further ordinance in this regard, if any, the design review
board addressed in such documentation shall be the
Commission.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
