COMMISSION MEETING June 11, 1976 Cont.
Mayor Koch gave a report on a recent conversation he had with the County
Engineer concerning a traffic light at the entrance of Place Au Soleil.
He informed the Commission that there have been a number of studies made
for this light with negative results, however the Engineer specifically
stated the next study would be made at a time of year when traffic is at
its peak, therefore giving a more realistic traffic count.

report. Mr. Hair informed the Commission that he is presently negotiating

Disease be available free of charge to all residents in the Town of Gulf
Stream. Mr. Whittemore seconded the motion, motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Walker made a motion that the Town purchase a chain saw and length of
chain to be used in the event of an emergency in the Town. Mr. Bettison
seconded the motion, motion passed unanimously.
