The ordinance establishes parking requirements by land use (detached single family, townho- mes, multiple -family) rather than in- dividual requirements in each zon- ing district. The ordinance amends the minimum size required for ga- rages in new townhomes from 440 square feet to 400 square feet. The ordinance also requires that garag- es for new multi -family structures be attached to or below the dwell- ing structure.
