CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 654, an ordinance amending
regulations pertaining to residential
parking. The ordinance establishes
parking requirements by land use
(detached single family, townho-
mes, multiple -family) rather than in-
dividual requirements in each zon-
ing district. The ordinance amends
the minimum size required for ga-
rages in new townhomes from 440
square feet to 400 square feet. The
ordinance also requires that garag-
es for new multi -family structures
be attached to or below the dwell-
ing structure.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
