AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR DISCRETIONARY FUNDING
FROM CDBG PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret seeks Middlesex County Community
Development Block Grant Discretionary Funds in connection with the installation
of handicapped improvemènts to the Carteret Memorial Municipal Building; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Director of Community Development
to submit an application for discretionary funding from the CDBG Program in the
amount of$IOO,OOO.OO.
Adopted this 3cd day of March, 2005 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on March 4, 2005.
