ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2011-2012
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, Allied Waste Services has agreed to contribute $5,500 to be used toward the
household hazardous waste program operated by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund $5,500 as
indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
