Proclaiming October 13, 2011
Chris D. Wheeler Day
in the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida,
WHEREAS, the Gulf Stream Town Commission recognizes Chris D. Wheelers
service as Chairman of the Architectural Review and Planning Board from April 22,
1999 to October 21, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Chris D. Wheeler set an example of commitment to community by
serving as Town Commissioner from October 21, 2005 to October 6, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream and its residents have greatly benefited
from the exceptional services performed by Chris D. Wheeler; and
WHEREAS, those who have worked with Chris D. Wheeler at the Town of
Gulf Stream also have benefited from his professionalism and wealth of knowledge,
and
WHEREAS, Chris D. Wheeler will be greatly missed by residents and
employees alike of the Town of Gulf Stream who wish his continued success in all
future endeavors; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream wishes to express its sincere gratitude to
Chris D. Wheeler for exceptional service on the Town's behalf:
NOW THEREFORE, I, William F. Koch, Jr., Mayor of the Town of Gulf
Stream, Palm Beach County, Florida, do hereby proclaim October 13, 2011 as Chris
D. Wheeler Day in the Town of Gulf Stream in recognition of 12'/2 years of
dedicated service given to the Town of Gulf Stream by Chris D. Wheeler.
