Introduction, public comment, and address September 27 and October 25 minutes. (5 minutes) 2. Project Updates: Briefly discuss ongoing projects, including two Scout projects (Berry Acres and Fitness equipment), the Center Tr to Chamberlain work, boardwalks/bridges, accessibility, the Miyawaki forest concept and trails, and the website. (25 minutes) 3. Trails Committee purchases. Work is starting at the shed, and as a first step, we need to lease a dumpster ($800). Further review suggests that replacing the sills makes sense (estimate of $3000). We should also look at purchasing additional signage. We should also discuss other possible purchases such as website preparation (can vote funds prior to quote) (15 minutes). 4. Communication and signage. Linda noted that even with the info we have out, folks still are not aware of trails and their location. We will discuss additional signage and other means to attract users and make residents aware of the trails. (15 minutes) 5. Dogs on trails. We should continue our discussion on the issue of dogs on trails and preparation for a forum in January. (15 minutes). 7. Trail Volunteer Day: The November workday involved work on the trail behind Center School and included benchcutting and improving a roughly 100 yard section of trail. Work on the Hughes property is suggested as a workday for December (December 2), with work involving bridge assembly and installation and invasives removal. (5 minutes). 8. Suggest Items for following meetings and adjourn (5 minutes)
