Proclaiming May 11, 2001
Kristin Kern Garrison Day
in the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida,
in recognition of the 4 years of outstanding and dedicated
service given by Kristin Kern Garrison to the Town of Gulf Stream.
WHEREAS, the Gulf Stream Town Commission astutely selected Kristin Kern
Garrison as Town Manager on August 21, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Kristin Kern Garrison has honorably served the Town of Gulf
Stream in countless capacities over the past 4 years, including the positions of Town
Manager, Zoning Administrator and Planning Director; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream and its residents have greatly benefited
from the exceptional services performed by Kristin Kern Garrison; and
WHEREAS, those who have worked with Kristin Kern Garrison at the Town of
Gulf Stream also have benefited from her professionalism, wealth of knowledge,
charisma and sense of humor, and
WHEREAS, Kristin Kern Garrison will be greatly missed by residents and
employees alike of the Town of Gulf Stream who wish her continued success in all
future endeavors; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream wishes to express its sincere gratitude to
Kristin Kern Garrison for exceptional efforts on the Town's behalf:
NOW THEREFORE, I, William F. Koch, Jr., Mayor of the Town of Gulf
Stream, Palm Beach County, Florida, do hereby proclaim May 11, 2001, as Kristin
Kern Garrison Day in the Town of Gulf Stream in recognition of an exceptional
tenure of dedicated service given to the Town of Gulf Stream by Kristin Kern
Garrison.
