"RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF VARIOUS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSES FOR
THE 2001-2001 LICENSE TERM"
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages", as
amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, an application has been
made by each of the undersigned in due and proper form and have paid the necessary fees
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and no objections have been made for
the renewal of said licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that a
plenary retail Club License be granted and issued to the club herein listed below:
LICENSE # 1201-31-062-00 held by Hiram Craftsman Club of Carteret
And a Plenary Retail Consumption License is granted and issued to the establishments
listed below:
LICENSE # 1201-33-029-004 held by Jenine D'Arey-Meyer Ua Hide Away
LICENSE # 1201-33-015-004 held by Carteret Diner, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to each of the applicants listed
above, in accordance with the applications heretofore made and approved, having said
Alcoholic Beverage Control Licenses become effective July 1, 2001 and to expire June
30, 2002; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
forwarded, with original applications and proper fees, to the State of New Jersey,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New
Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted this 19th day of July, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 20, 2001.
