A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING
AN ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF MEMBER TO
SERVE AS AN ALTERNATE ON THE SAN
GABRIEL VALLEY ANIMAL CONTROL AU-
THORITY COMMISSION.
Whereas, the City of Temple City is a member of the San
Gabriel Valley Animal Control Authority; and
Whereas, the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for the
San Gabriel Valley Animal Control Authority provides that
the authority shall be governed by a commission composed of
one member or alternate from each signatory City.
The City Council of the City of Temple City hereby resolves:
That the City of Temple City appoints the Field Serv-
ices Coordinator to serve on the San Gabriel Valley Animal
Control Authority Commission in the absence of the duly
appointed executive board member.
Passed and approved this 1st day of November, 1988.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 1st day of November, 1988 by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilman- Atkins,Froehle,Gillanders,Swain
Noes: Councilman -None
