No Trash Collection in Leesburg on 4th of July
Leesburg, VA (June 17, 2016) – There will be no trash, recycling or yard waste collection in the
Town of Leesburg on Monday, July 4, 2016.
Residents in the Southeast and Southwest Quadrants will not have trash or yard waste
collection on Monday, July 4. Trash and yard waste will be collected in the Southeast and
Southwest Quadrants on the next regular collection day, Thursday, July 7, 2016.
There will be no trash collection for curbside commercial customers on Monday, July 4, 2016.
Curbside commercial customers will receive trash and recycling collection on Tuesday, July 5,
2016. The Town requests that customers do not place trash or recycling out for collection
before 7pm on Monday evening.
There are no changes to trash and yard waste collection schedules for residents in the
Northeast and Northwest Quadrants.

The Leesburg Town Offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016, in observance of the
Independence Day holiday.
