It shall be impermissible to park any tractor-truck cab in any of the Borough's residential zones except as provided for herein. No tractor-trailer combination, straight-job truck or cargo trailer may be parked in any residential zone except for residential moving purposes or to perfonn a delivery to a specified residence. Section 2. One tractor--truck cab may be parked on a residential properiy if it is parked within a garage, or upon a driveway within the rear yard area of the property (behind the rear exterior wall of the primary residential structure) and is screened from neighboring properties by an eight (8') feet high, solid-type :fence. An alternative manner of screening or buffer may be pennitted in the sole discretion of Borough's Zoning Officer. Section 3. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof-inconsistent wit the provisions of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 4. If any section, subsection, part, c1ause, or phrase of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section, subsection part, c1ause, or phrase shaD. be deemed to be severable from the remainder of this Ordinance. Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication according to applicable law.
