A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE WATER/SEWER CONNECTION FEES OF MOAB CITY.
WHEREAS,
comparatively
WHEREAS,
will require
and expansion
the City's water and sewer connection fee is
lower than that of cities around the state; and
increasing demands on the City's water and sewer system
additional funds to pay for future system maintenance
; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab finds it necessary to
increase water and sewer connection fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Moab City Council that the
rates for water and sewer connection fees shall be as follows:

Fees for larger connections and meters shall be prorated.
Should the actual cost of installation to the City exceed a
minimum fee, the additional cost shall be paid by the applicant.
All water and sewer connection fees shall be assessed on the
actual date of connection.
EFFECTIVE DATE of this resolution shall be December 14, 1994.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of the City of Moab this 13th day of eember, 1994.
