A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF A STOP SIGN AT THE CORNER OF
GOLDFINCH DRIVE AND CROELL AVENUE
WHEREAS: a result of the completed construction of Croell Avenue; and
WHEREAS: this now creates an additional access to Highway 6 and additional traffic
traveling north and south on Croell Avenue;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Tiffin approves the
placement of a stop sign at the comer of Goldfinch Avenue and Croell Avenue due to the
completed construction of Croell Avenue.
On this 22nd day of July 2015, at the regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Council person Upton introduced Resolution 2015-091, A Resolution approving the
placement of a stop sign at the corner of Goldfinch Drive and Croell Avenue and made a
motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Council person Havens
AYES: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
WHEREUPON, Five votes approved, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2015-091,
Approving the Placement of a Stop Sign at the corner of Goldfinch Drive and Croell
Avenue be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereunto.
PASSED, AND APPROVED THIS 22nd DAY OF JULY 2015.
