We know our customers have a choice in premium TV and we want you to be confident that when our customers select Charter, they are making a quality choice. In today's challenging times for both families and business, Charter is giving priority to absorbing costs to minimize price changes, while improving our quality products and services. We try to operate our business as efficiently as possible, with our goal to provide our customers the best entertainment and information value for their money. Last year Charter absorbed most technology expense increases, while having to pass some of our programming increases along in our prices. This year we have worked even harder to absorb expense increases and minimize price changes. After careful consideration, we are reducing prices in some areas, while increasing prices in others. A 30-day advance notice of these rate changes is being placed in the Star News for the week of March 31'. In addition, all Charter customers will receive a full listing of our rates and fees in their upcoming billing statements. Here are our new prices for the City of McCall effective May 1, 2003.
