Action Requested: Review, discussion, and recommendation forwarding the updated 2021 Pavement & Bridge
targets to the Board of Directors.
Staff Report: Refer to staff report on the update of the federal performance targets and how they were determined.
B. Federal Performance Measures – Transit Safety
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and recommendation forwarding the updated 2021 JEFFTRAN Transit
Safety Performance targets to the Board of Directors.

C. Proposed Amendment #1 to the 2021-2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP): JEFFTRAN
Improvement Projects
Action Requested: Review and discussion, recommendation of approval to the Board of Directors, and open a 7
(seven) day public comment period.
Staff Report: The amendment includes a change to MoDOT project 2020-16, Updating Pedestrian Facilities.
Staff is seeking a Technical Committee recommendation for approval to the Board of Directors. More detail is
provided in the staff report.
