Select Board Members Present:Amy Ritterbusch,Chair,Mary Jo LaFreniere,Vice Chair,Muriel
Kramer,Shahidul Mannan
Officials Present:Town Manager Norman Khumalo,Assistant Town Manager Elaine Lazarus
CALL TO ORDER:Chair Amy Ritterbusch called the public meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
CHILDREN’S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK:MOVED by Ms.Kramer and SECONDED by
Ms.LaFreniere to designate the week of May 7 through May 13,2023 “Children’s Mental
Health Week”to promote and focus on mental health for children.Vote to Approve:Yes-3;
No-0.
MAY 1,2023 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLES:It was noted that the Board had yet to make
recommendations on Articles 39 (Fruit Street Lease)and 24 (item O,Community Preservation
Recommendations).It was stated that the proponent of Article 39 will make a motion of no action.
MOVED by Ms.Kramer and SECONDED by Ms.LaFreniere to recommend no action on Article 39.
Vote to Approve:Yes-3;No-0.
Mr.Mannan arrived at this time.
It was noted that there will be no action on item O of Article 24 and it is on the Consent Agenda.
MOVED by Ms.Kramer and SECONDED by Mr.Mannan to adjourn the meeting.ROLL

The Board attended the Annual Town Meeting and the meeting was adjourned at its conclusion.
