RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR WILLOW RIDGE
HIGHWAY 6 TURN LANES
WHEREAS: a result of the completed construction of Croell Avenue and the Highway 6
turn lanes; and
WHEREAS: this road and turn lanes have been inspected and can now be open for
general traffic;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Tiffin approves the
Substantial Completion for Willow Ridge Highway 6 turn lanes.
On this 22nd day of July 2015, at the regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Council person Havens introduced Resolution 2015-093, A Resolution approving substantial
completion for Willow Ridge Highway 6 turn lanes and made a motion for approval. The
motion was seconded by Council person Ryan.
AYES: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
WHEREUPON, Five votes approved, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2015-093,
Approving the Substantial Completion for Willow Ridge Highway 6 Turn Lanes be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereunto.
PASSED, AND APPROVED THIS 22nd DAY OF JULY 2015.
