PROCLAMATION
Proclaiming December 12, 1996, as
BILL G WYZ'+IN DAY

in the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida,
in recognition of the 36 years of outstanding and dedicated service
jgiven by Bill Gwynn to the Town of Gulf Stream.
WEEEREAS, the Gulf Stream Town Commission wisely selected Bill Gwynn as
Deputy Town Clerk on April 15,1960; and
WHEREAS, Bill Gwynn has honorably served the Town of Gulf Stream in
innumerable capacities over the past 36 years, including the positions of Deputy Town
Clerk, Municipal Judge, Tax Assessor, Tax Collector, Treasurer and Town Manager; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream and its residents have immeasurably benefited
from die services performed by Bill Gwynn; and
WHEREAS, those who have worked with Bill Gwynn at the Town of Gulf Stream also
have benefited from his professionalism, caring, charm, wit and sense of humor; and
WHEREAS, Bill Gwynn will be sorely missed by residents and employees alike of the
Town of Gulf Stream who wish him well in all future endeavors; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Bill
Gywnn for his exceptional efforts on the Town's behalf:
NOW THEREFORE, 1, William F. Koch, Jr., Mayor of the Town of Gulf Stream,
Palm Beach County, Florida, do hereby proclaim December 12, 1996, as BIB Gywnn Day in '
the Town of Gulf Stream in recognition of the 36 years of outstanding and dedicated service

given by Bill -Gwynn to the Town of Gulf Stream.
