AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #71-9
ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES AND FIXING
THE MANNER OF PAYMENTS OF SALARIES FOR
VARIOUS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following Amendment of the above entitled Ordinance be made in
Section 1:

SECTION 2. that the Schedule of Compensation of this Ordinance shall effect upon
passage and publication as provided by Law.

The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meet-
ing of the Council of the Borough of Carteret held
April 21. 2005 when it was adopted on First Read-
ing. The said ordinance will be further considered
on Second Reading for tinal adoption at a meeting
of said Council of the Borough of Carteret on May
