AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 05-4 DESIGNATING
CERTAIN ONE-WAY STREETS IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of
Carteret, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, located in Middlesex
County, thereof, as follows:
Section 1.
That Ordinance 05-4 is hereby amended to designate the following
one-way street(s) at the respective location(s) and in the
direction( s) indicated below:

Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the
provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of
any such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance
shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from
the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.

according to applicable law.
The foregoing ordmance was introduced at a meeting of the Council of the
Borough of Carteret held April 21. 2005 when it was adopted on First Read.ing
The said ordinance win be further considered on Second Reading for Tina!
adoption at a meeting of said Council of the Borough of Carteret on May 19,
2005 at approximately 7:00 P.M., Municipal Court/Police Facility, 230 Roose-
velt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey at which time and place all persons
