AMENDING INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AS TO CONSOLIDATION OF BUILDING AND
CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENTS BY AND BETWEEN GRAND COUNTY, UTAH AND
MOAB CITY, UTAH.
WHEREAS, a form of an amendment to "Interlocal Agreement as to
Consolidation of Building and Code Enforcement Departments by and
between Grand County, Utah and Moab City, Utah" (The "Amendment")
has been submitted to this meeting of the Moab City Council (the
"Council");
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Moab City Council that:
1. The Council hereby authorizes and approves the Amendment
in substantially the form presented to this meeting of

2. The appropriate officials of the City are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the
Amendment in substantially the form presented to this
meeting of the Council.
3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.

AMENDMENT TO INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AS TO CONSOLIDATION OF BUILDING
AND CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENTS BY AND BETWEEN GRAND COUNTY, UTAH
AND MOAB CITY, UTAH.
Section 8 of said Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
8. The duration of this agreement shall be through January
31, 1995. Any costs incurred by the Building Inspection Department
as outlined herein during the time period between December 31, 1994
and January 31, 1995 shall be apportioned equally between the City
and the County.
