1. Introductions:
Chairman Rycyk called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m., and a quorum was present.
2. Adoption of the agenda:
A motion was made by Mr. Shorthose to adopt the agenda. Mr. Thurnau seconded the motion and all were in favor.
3. Approval of the minutes:
A motion was made by Mr. Bening to approve the minutes and was seconded by Mr. Thurnau. All were in favor and
the minutes were approved.

a) Airport Manager’s Report
Mr. Craft stated the airport has been very busy with snow removal.
b) FBO Report – JC Flying Service
Mr. Shorthose thanked Ron and his crew for doing such an excellent job on keeping the runways clear during
all of our snow events. He stated that they are in full swing with the flight instructor school. There are currently
four teachers who are booked up with students.

c) Staff Liaison Report
Mr. Smith also thanked Ron for his efforts with the snow removal. He stated that the airport masterplan should
be completed soon.
d) Salute to Veterans Airshow
Mr. Smith said everyone is busy planning and it looks like it is going to be a successful event.
e) City Council Report
Councilman Mihalevich spoke about the bicentennial bridge and the port authority.

Mr. Shorthose moved to adjourn meeting at 11:41 a.m., seconded by Mr. Propes. All were in favor. Meeting
