1. Introductions:
Chairman Rycyk called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m., and a quorum was present.
2. Adoption of the agenda:
A motion was made by Mr. Thurnau to approve the agenda and seconded by Mr. Shorthose. All were in favor and
agenda was approved.
3. Approval of the minutes:
A motion was made by Mr. Propes to approve the minutes and was seconded by Mr. Thunau. All were in favor and
the minutes were approved.
4. Public Comment Opportunity:

6. Scheduled Reports:
a) Airport Manager’s Report
Mr. Craft handed out the flight count for the airport. He stated that during the eclipse, the airport was the
busiest the airport has ever been, and we were able to accommodate well. The Airpower history tour was at the
airport and brought a large crowd and the project coordinators were pleased with the turnout. They plan to
return next year.

b) FBO Report – JC Flying Service
Mr. Shorthose stated that he was pleased with the crowds with the eclipse and the air power tour.
c) Staff Liaison Report
Mr. Smith was not present to give a report.
d) City Council Report
Councilman Mihalevich stated that the City Council has been busy with stormwater issues.
Councilman Mihalevich stated that he would like to work on airport growth.

9. Other Business
Mr. Craft handed out a letter of intent from the American Barnstormers Tour. He would like for our group to think
about it and discuss at our December meeting.
Mr. Rycyk made a suggestion that the airport hate leaflets about the airport, for people to read while they are
visiting.
Diane Gillespie suggested inviting the Chamber out to visit the FBO and the airport to see what all we have to offer.

Mr. Shorthose moved to adjourn meeting at 11:43 a.m., seconded by Mr. Propes. All were in favor. Meeting
adjourns.
