Introductions: Chairman Rycyk called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m., and a quorum was present. 2. Adoption of the agenda: A motion was made by Mr. Shorthose to approve the agenda and seconded by Mr. Naught. All were in favor and agenda was approved. 3. Approval of the minutes: A motion was made by Mr. Naught to approve the minutes and was seconded by Mr. Thurnau. All were in favor and the minutes were approved. 4. Public Comment Opportunity: None 5. Invited Guest: None 6. Scheduled Reports: a) Airport Manager’s Report Mr. Craft handed out the flight count for the airport and stated that the airport is switching to NAAC for snow melt. He said that Lincoln University will be doing the wildlife hazard assessment for free. b) FBO Report – JC Flying Service Mr. Shorthose said that JC Flying Services is still trying for a flight school, but FAA is not accepting any new schools at this time September 8, 2015 c) Staff Liaison Report Mr. Smith told the group that there was a meeting on the molzers project later today. He also told the group that he would inform them of the dates for the full closer, as soon as he knows. Columbia Regional Airport: Mr. Smith said that not a whole lot is going on with the Columbia Airport. They are setting up a meeting for community input. 7. Old Business 8. New Business 9. Other Business Mr. Mihalevich stated the airport budget has been approved by the Mayor and is awaiting approval from the City Council. 10. Next Meeting Date Monday, December 7, 2015 11.
